Unwind in Style
There’s something about starting a new year of life in a space that feels timeless and indulgent—and the St. Regis Spa delivered exactly that. For my birthday this year, I treated myself to the Rose Quartz Ritual with Zarima, and from the moment I stepped inside, it felt like entering a sanctuary of serenity wrapped in old-world European charm. Elegant, polished, and refreshingly modern—without feeling dated—the ambiance instantly set the tone for renewal on every level.
The Treatment – Rose Quartz Ritual
I selected the Rose Quartz Radiance treatment with Zarima, a soothing yet deeply rejuvenating service that beautifully blends the back and face therapies. It began with a back scrub and rub designed to stimulate circulation and melt away tension. From there, the experience transitioned into a facial that incorporated both physical and chemical exfoliation—gently resurfacing the skin to reveal immediate radiance. The highlight was the Hungarian massage technique, a rhythmic and lifting facial massage that promotes lymphatic drainage, contours, and boosts skin vitality. It was the perfect fusion of relaxation and true skin therapy.
The Lounge & Signature Finish
After my treatment, I relaxed in the lounge area—one of my favorite features of the spa. It felt plush, private, and cocooning in the best way. I was served a St. Germain spritzer as my post-treatment beverage: light, botanical, and celebratory. It elevated the experience from a service to a full ritual of renewal.
Overall Vibe
What impressed me most was the design and energy of the spa. It carries a luxurious, old-world aesthetic, yet nothing about it feels dated or tired. Instead, it exudes timeless sophistication with a fresh perspective—exactly how a luxury spa should feel in today’s world.
Final Thoughts
This was my first spa day at the St. Regis—after five birthdays in Atlanta—and I’m already wondering why I waited this long to experience it. The Rose Quartz Radiance left me glowing, grounded, and completely reset.
✨ Will I be back? Without question.
This is officially added to my personal spa circuit, and next time, I’m coming back specifically for Zarima’s healing hands and that unforgettable Hungarian massage ritual.
