Shine bright like a diamond!!
As we say in Esti school, Vitamin C lightens, brighten and tightens the skin! It eliminates hyperpigmentation, serves as an antioxidant protecting skin from free radicals caused by environmental damage and protects skin from the sun (think of an apple that is cut and left out, that’s your skin after free radical damage). So because of this it is best to be worn during the day and can be applied on a daily especially if you are working on eliminating any dark spots or areas on the face. I like putting it on my hands as well since your age can really show up there.
The overnight resurfacing peel does just that, resurfaces the skin, smooths it out, decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, promotes cell turnover, evens out your skin tone and brightens you up! It can be used starting at 1-2 times weekly and see how your skin adjusts then you can bump it up to 2-3 times per week for use only at night, rinse off in the morning.
Also remember that anything you do to your face, apply it to your neck and décolletage as well. You want your face, neck and chest to age gracefully and at the same level.

I love this article. How do you feel about these rose oil serums out there? I do need to find a serum with vitamin C in it. I might have to check these products out. Thank you again.

Hi there! Rose oil is fine. It’s moisturizing. Unless you have really dry skin I’d only use it for your night routine. As for BeautyCounter, the product ingredients go through a rigid clean selection process so it’s worth a try if you’re looking for one right now. Also Epicuren, the other product line I use professionally has a great Vitamin C option. I use and love both.
